Made the next step today and finally posted all the latest editions. Had to drudge up some old social media account information, and it was so old I couldn’t use most of it. So it goes.
Spent a lot of time fighting with security controls on the website. I had so much security at so many different layers it was interfering with each other, and it took hours to find which security layer was stopping the other security layer. It’s a shame so much security is needed on websites nowadays, but if you leave just one window slightly open, some jerk out there will find it and force it open so they can take your whole house. So to speak, of course.
At least I got it working. Not sure if I’ll add another security plugin, but I might. Will have a give it some thought as it too would require a lot of testing to make sure it didn’t interfere with something else. Besides, I need to stop thinking about it so I can get back to these other book ideas.
Right now, it’s a whole lot of research to piece together the sequence of events that sets the stage. If I don’t have that straight, the story will just wobble about with inconstancies. Ha! As if the current books don’t do that already. Well, I just suspect they do since it’s hard for me to spot.
So … to the research I go.
