Long story short, only got half the food, and all DoorDash offered was to refund me a portion of the cost, didn’t refund the delivery fee, didn’t refund the tip to the driver who didn’t deliver the whole order, didn’t refund the taxes. And my family didn’t get a full meal for dinner.

See, they had one job, and they fucked up. What they don’t care about is that I’m not one to take such betrayal lightly. I’ll drop them like a bad habit and never look back. For similar reasons, I refuse to shop at Walmart, or get gas from a Maverik station: Treat me, your customer, like shit once and that will be the last time you’ll ever have because I won’t let you try again. And strangely enough, I forgive most mistakes if there’s a believable apology, but reporting this mistake to DoorDash felt like I was communicating with an unfeeling chat bot, and I’d bet I was.

So Wendy’s and DoorDash, I won’t trust you ever again, and you’ve lost me as a customer for the rest of my life. Why is Wendy’s wrapped up in this, I ordered through the Wendy’s app and it handed my order off to DoorDash, making them both culpable.

Now do they care? Of course not. I’m not rich or famous or an “influencer”. To them, I’m nobody, so I’m treated as nobody. So they’ll go on pissing all over thousands of other customers who will just take it and ask for seconds. Well I’m old school, I appreciate and reward service, not this mediocre half-assed service really designed to forgo quality so some bureaucratic tech weenie can be richer. Me, nope, I’d starve before I use DoorDash or eat at a Wendy’s again for the rest of my life, and I ain’t lying.

So as these paper-pushing morons wonder why places are struggling to stay in business even after another round of restaurant closings, don’t bother asking me. If they’re that stupid, then I hope they fail, as they give themselves another bonus. Strip-mine the quantity and ignore the quality. Greed wins again.

The real shame is that the greedy pricks don’t even think they’re greedy. If there’s a Christian hell, I’d laugh myself hoarse watching them screaming in pain right next to me. At least I already know what I did wrong to find myself in hell, and they’re dumbfounded just believing it was all just good business. Pathetic fucktards. Hope to see you all in hell. You first.

Well, DoorDash & Wendy’s, you both fucked up.
